How to inflate and deflate?
Flip valve make inflation/deflation a bit easier
The valves are reversible: It has a unique rotatable valve that easily flips in one direction to inflate, then in the other direction to deflate. If you need it to fill up faster or firmer, the storage bag doubles as a pump sack to help top off the mattress to desired firmness
To Deflate: Simply twist the valve in the opposite direction and apply an amount of pressure to let the air out. The dual valve made deflating much easier than other foam mats, once you push air out it doesn’t come back in
