30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info.newyorkgeniusbusinessgroup@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers – 14‑Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us.
