I. 📦 Unboxing & Inspection (Important!)
Please inspect the package in front of the courier upon delivery and confirm the following:
✅ All accessories are complete.
✅ The frame is free of scratches/dents.
✅ The wheels are free of deformation.
If you find any issues, please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims beyond 24 hours will be considered as acceptance of the product in good condition and will not be processed!

II. 🔧 Warranty Policy
Main components are covered by a 1 year warranty (see details below). During the warranty period, non-human-caused failures qualify for free replacement parts (not a full unit replacement).
❌ The following human-caused issues are NOT covered under warranty:
Collision/Drop:Deformation or breakage caused by crashes, collisions, rollovers, or overloading.
Water Damage:Internal corrosion caused by wading through water or high-pressure water jet washing.
Incorrect Connection:Reversed positive and negative terminals, voltage mismatch, or use of a non-original charger.
Disassembly/Modification：Any malfunction caused by unauthorized disassembly, wire cutting, or installation of non-original parts
💡 To apply for warranty service, please provide clear photos of the damaged part. If the damage is determined to be human-caused after inspection, parts cost and shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.

III. 🔋 Battery Maintenance (Must Read!)
✅ Original charger must be used; mixing is strictly prohibited!
✅ If not used for an extended period (more than 1 month), maintain the battery level at 50%-80% and recharge monthly.
❌ Battery damage caused by storing the battery in a discharged state is not covered under warranty!

IV. 🔧 After-Sales Guarantee

1. Installation questions? We provide detailed installation videos and online guidance to assist you throughout the assembly process.
2. Parts issues? For non-human-caused malfunctions within the warranty period, we will replace the parts free of charge and guide you through the replacement process.
3. Usage issues? Contact our after-sales team. We will patiently investigate and help you find the best solution.
4. Our promise: Communication first, solutions guaranteed. If you encounter any dissatisfaction or problems, please contact us first. We will listen carefully and handle your situation proactively, which is much faster and more worry-free than initiating a return directly.

💡 Warm reminder: Electric bicycles are bulky goods, and international return costs are extremely high and the process is complex. Also, vehicles that have been opened and assembled cannot be resold. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept returns for assembled, ridden, or incompletely packaged orders. We appreciate your understanding.
